Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within one to two business days upon receipt. All transactions are subject to credit card authorization and product availability. In the event that an item is unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy, it will be removed from your order, and a refund will be issued for the affected item. Customers will be promptly notified of any modifications to their order.

Shipping on all US Orders

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order. Please note that once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to make any changes to the order. This includes modifications to the shipping address, product selection, or shipping method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PBM Fragrances is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

 

Returns & Cancellation Policy

We have a 7 Calendar day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
